About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, helping clients heal and achieve their full potential since 2001. I earned my B.A. in Sociology at UC Irvine followed by a Masters degree in Psychology from Chapman University. With 20 years of clinical experience and a passion for yoga and energy, I have developed a unique style of cognitive/humanistic therapy with an emphasis on mind, body, and spirit connections.
